Frequently asked questions
Do I have to travel a lot of distance to projects?
Since we are active throughout Flanders and Brussels, we also look for projects as close to you as possible. Many customers allow hybrid working, which also provides the necessary flexibility. And you don't like working from home? You are of course always welcome at one of our offices.
Do I have a say in the choice of projects?
Absolute! The projects are selected in consultation with the Business Manager, Academy Manager and with you. This way we can select the projects that most closely match your growth plan and interests.
Is a good work-life balance possible as a consultant?
At Human Minds we do not talk about work-life balance, but about the integration of our private and work lives in one life story. We provide various methods to ensure this runs smoothly. We have a sliding schedule and the option to work from home. In addition to 20 vacation days, we also offer 12 additional ADV days so that you have enough me-time!
Do I receive sufficient support for projects?
The idea is that you feel good about the project and that you get the opportunity to learn. That is why at the start of a new project you will receive a team of 4 coaches who will guide you through the project. They not only coach you on skills and knowledge, but also on integration into the team. We will continue to monitor everything closely and are available for all your questions.
Can I grow as a consultant?
At Human Minds, your ambitions and interests are central. We build a growth path tailored to your needs and look at the right training courses and projects to help you grow. Together with the Academy Manager, you determine the pace and direction in which you want to evolve, from Payroll Consultant to Senior Specialist, Lead or further as HR 2.0 Professional .
How do I determine the direction of my career?
You will plan your career together with your career coach based on your personal growth goals. Your growth goals determine the projects you will be deployed on as well as the various training courses you can follow within our own Academy. Do you suddenly want to take a different path? No problem, we will immediately adjust your growth trajectory and guidance plan! You remain in charge of your job and career at all times.
